Kevin Hynes, a wildlife biologist in New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Wildlife Health Unit, was profiled recently in “On the Front Lines” on the department’s YouTube channel, according to a Jan. 12 article in The Record.
Hynes graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 1991.
